Steam 790am free?

I streamed 790am for years on iHeart radio, I upgraded my phone (iPhone 12pro to 15pro if relevant) and now I only get a looped message saying turn on my location services and that my location is outside approved area. 1- those statements contradict each other, they either have my location and it’s outside or they don’t have it 2-I’ve tried a dozen combinations of locations services on, Proton VPN’d, blocking cookies, etc. but all I can get is same looped message. Doesn’t matter if I use app, browser, etc. I just want to listen please!!!!!!
