Going rates for Nannies?

Hi everyone!

We’re looking to hire a nanny for 7month old twins. They would only be responsible for the care of the twins who are already on a sleep schedule. I don’t know what a good starting point is in terms of salary. If you have a nanny, do you mind sharing what you are paying? If you are a nanny, what is the going rate these days? I want to make sure we’re being thoughtful and fair with our offer/budget. Thank you!
