Bridal shower location?

Hello all, In emergency need of some ideas for a bridal shower location! I have done a lot of searching so this is my last attempt to find something worth while. It’s a little tough because bride is picky and wants something either upscale, unique, maybe a pretty nature view or rooftop location. Does not have to be fancy, and also it is smaller than most bridal showers with just 15 people. We liked the restaurant Flora (formally the Dunlavy) because it has a nice outdoor view and chandeliers inside, but it will be too expensive costing over $1,000 for less than 3 hours.

Would love some suggestions, thanks in advance!
