If you live in a municipality within Houston are you exempt from City of Houston jury duty?

Municipalities like West University Place, Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Pasadena and many others I'm sure have their own little governments, police forces, fire stations etc. that are technically not part of the city of Houston. If you get a summons for jury duty downtown do you have to go or can you claim to be exempt since you technically don't live in the city? I've heard it both ways. I live in one of these areas and when I try to play golf at Memorial Park I have to pay the out of town rate instead of the 'local' rate because of my address even though I live a few exits down from the course. By this logic, I should be exempt from City of Houston jury duty right?
