Where can I rent space in Houston to host a summer camp?

Me and a friend would like to host a robotics summer camp for kids, however we need to find a suitable space that can host 15-20 kids for a 2 week period. We've tried contacting local churches to no avail, and office spaces won't offer short term leases. Do any of y'all know of a place where we could do this? The space needs to have access to electricity and be around the size of a classroom.
