Inexpensive Biscuits and Gravy

My preferred place for good, inexpensive Biscuits and Gravy with Sausage closed for good last year (Cue's on S.Post Oak). Been searching for a good alternative.

Annie's is nearby with a similar history to Cue's , but it's $7.50 for just the B&G, no sausage or anything else

Buffalo Grill is good tasting for $8.50 and comes with hash browns or grits (carb overload!), but if you want sausage it's an extra $4.50.

Lankfords, if I travel into town, has good ones for $9 with sausage and 2 eggs. The one in Bellaire only does BF on weekends (and is inconsistent on quality).

There's chains like IHOP, Denny's, First Watch, Whataburger, etc that are passable in an emergency.

Anyone have suggestions for B&G with sausage that's cheap (and preferably on the SW side)?
