Restaurants Not Concerned with being Instagrammable

Hello. What are your places that have stellar food and are not concerned with looking nice on social media? A few of the "pretty" places I have gone to had mediocre food and drinks, and I refuse to go to anymore "instagrammable" restaurants and bars.
