Looking for affordable mechanic in Sugar Land/Missouri City for these repairs

I got quoted $8,800 (pictured) at the first place I went to and I'm hoping they're just severely trying to overcharge because my car probably isn't worth that much. I have a 2013 Camry at 140k miles. I'm hoping to check out Prime 1 or Colony One based off searching this subreddit but if anyone has other reccommendations or insight on the specific repairs I need, that would be greatly appreciated.
