Apartment shuttle service to TMC – reliable enough?

New to HTX. Is the apartment shuttle service to TMC offered by Apartments reliable enough to use daily? Looking to lease a unit at One Hermann Place so we can avoid parking at TMC, but not sure if people actually use this service or not.
