Flood Insurance for Apartment Renters?

I live on the ground floor of an apartment complex that is in a flood zone and am looking to get flood insurance for the first time. I already have renter's insurance that is mandatory but it doesn't cover floods caused by natural disasters. *eyeroll*

So far, I've been lead to the FEMA Flood Insurance webpage from articles/resources found via Google. There is a list of companies on there who provide flood insurance for Texas residents – a few which I've tried generating quotes off their websites. The problem is, they don't seem to have an option to select flood insurance specifically for apartment renters. I only see services for renters insurance, flood insurance for homeowners, auto…anything but. I'm not sure if I'm overlooking something but it's been confusing to me. It doesn't help that all these websites seem difficult to navigate by design.

I'm going to try calling a few agents during the day but meanwhile looking to see if anyone here might be able to explain any of this to me like I'm five. Thanks in advance~
