Power Outage Rant – going on 7 hours

Dear CenterPoint Energy,

Suck my sweaty balls and fix my fuggin power.

wtf you mean you can't give an update due to "severe conditions"?!?! its 86 and sunny!

Too cold out? Power goes out. Too hot out? power goes out. Rainy and windy? power goes out. Sunny? power goes out.

I'd call you again but your outsourced india call center doesn't know s**t.

And I just went food shopping yesterday!!!

You have one job and you are terrible at it. I hate you're stupid monopoly.
