What are the best paved bike roads/trails in thus city?

There are so many options.. I usually go on the same one(s) close to me everyday, but yesterday I realized I can actually fit my bike in my car's backseat.

I really just wanna get away from everything for a few hours, and peddle really fast, ya know?
