Where to get beignets (preferably near central part of Houston)

Are there any places that serve beignets relatively close to the River Oaks/Montrose area? There used to be a Crescent City Beignets in the shopping center where State of Grace now resides (on Westheimer near RiverOaks Boulevard), but that place went away years ago.
