Is this a cockroach or silverfish in my bed?!?

Guys, I found this insect which I think is a cockroach in my bed. Safe to say I didn’t sleep tonight and now I’m trying to figure out how to avoid this happening again. First, it looked a bit different than regular cockroach, as in thin large body (but still very small), so it made me think maybe is another insect like silverfish. What do y’all think it looks like? And also, how do I get rid of them? (Other than the usual of keeping everything clean and no moist/water)? Is spraying Raid around the metal spring box that touches the floor a good idea?
