$$60 for 1 person in a 1-bed apartment,normal?

I just moved to Houston 4 months ago. I noticed my water bill is unusually high. I moved here from Kansas and my water bill was $20-$30/per month for 1 person. I don’t waste water. I wash clothes 1x/week, I cook everyday and use the dishwasher every other day but I feel like $60 is still too high but it could just be the norm here so I thought I would ask
