Yall what are we doing about the gnats in our houseplants?!

From the plants that need constant watering to my cacti, gnats are covering them. No root rot anything like that. Just 10 gnats minimum per plant. What natural remedies are there? I never leave dishes in the sink, fruit is in the fridge etc.
