Do you have to use a vpn with FUBO to see all games ?

I live in the San Antonio area and am considering FUBO to be able to watch all of the Astros games. So stupid we can’t get any games but nationally televised if we’re lucky. I saw in the free trail conditions that local restrictions apply. Does this mean we would get blackouts when Astros play at home?
