Scenic drive-up spots for a date?

I need help. The girl I'm dating just let me know she likes to go on dates where you park your car somewhere, have a few beers, and just watch the sky and I AM CLUELESS.

Does anyone have any good spots to park in Houston to watch the sky? Bonus points if it's near water.
