What is the best combo of ambiance and quality steak in the city?

Price not being a factor here, what would y’all say is the best steakhouse for ambiance, wow factor, and good steak in or around the city. So far for my girlfriends birthday I’ve thought about Vic and Anthony’s, del Frisco’s, or Morton’s.
