Looking for best bakeries for a birthday cake for my lactose-intolerant GF

I live abroad and this will be my first time visiting her in person for her birthday so I don't know the city at all, I'd love to make her birthday as special as possible.

The cake would need to be made from lactose-free or dairy-free ingredients and I'd love to have a custom inscription on top.
