Need help identifying a celebration

I need help identifying a celebration but i can’t remember who did it. They pretended to strum a guitar 3 times and then they formed their hands into an okay 👌🏼 like that and then shook their hands. I know this is random but if anyone knows whose celebration this was i would appreciate it.
