Where can a guy find single women?

First (and probably last time posting) I’m a guy (28M). Just trying to meet single women, I don’t like the whole dating app approach. Tried it, not a huge fan (no luck) Been here for like a few months and I’d like to start meeting up with women within my age range.

Any suggestions as to where to start? I figured since this city is huge that there might be like get togethers or something for single people to meet and make it more organic
