Phillips 66 completes conversion of Rodeo refinery to renewable diesel production

Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) has completed the conversion of its San Francisco refinery to produce renewable diesel. Last year, the company said the project was going over budget due to higher labor and materials costs, as well as challenges from weather and permitting.
