Apartment Charleston at Fannin

Will be working at TMC starting June and came across this place – Charleston at Fannin apt complex. The google reviews seem really promising but I haven't heard anything about it from realtors/apartment hunters etc. Any recommendations here – How is the complex and area? Proximity to TMC?
