Talen Energy to sell entire ERCOT power generation portfolio after exiting bankruptcy

Less than a year after emerging from bankruptcy, Talen Energy Corp. is divesting its power generation portfolio located in the South Zone of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas with a sale to San Antonio-based CPS Energy.
