starting a free gym for low income families

i’m taking steps to open up a free, small modest gym for people who can’t afford these wild gym membership costs and looking for a couple things

1. if you or anyone you know has used gym equipment from big machines you’re selling to small weights you’d be willing to give away, i’d love to take it off your hands

2. if y’all have any location suggestions with affordable rent like warehouse rentals or studio rentals i would love those (any part of houston)
