Viable career paths for someone in Houston looking to get out of O&G Shift Work?

Hey everyone. The title is pretty self explanatory. I'm a refinery operator and after several decades, I'm getting pretty tired of shift work. It's been hell on my body and I want to be able to see my kids grow up. I don't have any formal education other than an Associates in Process Technology from San Jac.

What are some viable career paths in this area for someone looking to get out of this grind? I know I won't be able to make quite as much as I'm making now, but I'm willing to take a pay cut for quality of life.
