Solicitation out of control

This is getting out of hand. I have a No Solicitation size on my front door- SMACK in the middle, but yet daily, I get knocks on the door from various sellers. I WFH and on the phone which prompt my dogs to lose their mind and bark. Just today I have 3 pamphlets from random places and of course, they knocked or rang the doorbell while I was on a call. I’m tempted to start leaving one star reviews on their businesses pages but hate to be a Karen. Yet, my employer can penalize me for not having a quiet background & I love my job. It took forever to get a WFH job. Idk what to do. When I lived in an apartment – I never had an issue. I did not suspect this would be an issue at all in a house. In fact, I thought it would be Uber quiet. I even considered turning off the ring sound but doesn’t stop my dog from seeing them at the front door or the knocking.

Anyone have this issue?
