How long for MD Anderson in Medical Center

Hello r/houston For anyone who has applied for an administrative type job at MD Anderson in Medical Center, how long did it take to hear back from them after an interview?

I've heard their hiring process can be slow but it's been 3 weeks since my Interview and I've heard nothing back. I'm not sure if I should just assume that i'm not selected or if I should wait. I was thinking of sending a follow up email to the hiring manager but I'm not sure if that's frowned upon. I wasn't sure where else to post this so hope it's ok.
