Am I getting ripped off by Liberty Tax?

Tax related post. I typically file my taxes using TurboTax, but I believe I over contributed to my IRA last year, and I wasn't sure what to do. I looked for advice and everyone suggests me to see an accountant when I file my taxes.

I wasn't comfortable going to a small firm cause I was worried they might disappear/go out of business if something happens and I'm left with more issues than I started with…

And I always see Liberty Tax ads, and the location near me had decent reviews. I filed remotely using their software and I got a call that my taxes were being prepared.

A few days later, I get a call again that my taxes are prepared. They said they're gonna charge me $300 for the service. When I asked for more information, they said it's cause I submitted twelve documents, (two W2s, unemployment 1099, self employment, mileage report, dividends, 1099INT, 1099 SAs, etc …), and they "filled out some forms for me regarding my tax situation". Which comes down to the $300 charge.

Is the $300 too much? Should I ask for more information? Ghost them? Is that even possible?

Edit: sorry about my tone here, as I'm kind of frustrated with my situation, but are half of y'all ok? My second sentence literally tells you why I'm even bothering with accountant this year. Telling me to file on my own in this case is a waste of your energy.
