Opening day advice

Going to my first game in a couple years and wanted to know some things going into it.

1. I bought my tickets online and was wondering if i can get a physical copy of my ticket at the park somewhere. They print out ticket stubs or something along those lines right?
2. I read online the opening day festival starts around 12ish, would getting there around 9-10 guarantee me good parking or am i better off paying for it?
3. Would they allow binoculars inside? Probably not right?
