question to h-town cyclists: Is there a place where one could rent or use a truing stand?

I am building a set of bicycle wheels and I was wondering if there is a place that would rent that type of tool out? or if there is maybe a bicycle collective/co-op that I could join that would have one available. I would rather do it myself if can get access to a truing stand, but I would just hire a bike shop to do it if I have too.
