Favorite Chinatown Desert

In the last few years I have really started to enjoy the wide array of dessert options in Houston's Chinatown. Every time I drive by I stop to get my sweet tooth fix. The dessert's are fresh, unique, and not over sweet. What's your favorite Chinatown dessert?
