Possible missing person

I am trying to find a woman named Yubo Yu who was living in the Houston area at one time. This picture is from 2017. I believe she is Chinese and in her early 30s approximately . I want to confirm she is safe and give her some important relevant info. I don't need to know where she is, and I already have contacted and searched all of the relevant law enforcement agencies and gotten nowhere- you can't report a stranger as missing off of circumstantial evidence. If anyone may know someone in the Chinese immigrant community please share this with them. Since we can't share contact info here please tell her to contact the human trafficking hotline as a report was already made there. If anyone recognizes her please contact that hotline to share any relevant information. I work for law enforcement but I am not an officer. I can't share any more than that on this forum since it isn't safe to do so. Thank you!
