With the recent emphasis on a WRs ability to separate and win especially on 3rd downs, who are the best separators in this class?

Both Ryans and Caserio have talked about it now. It doesn't matter if they separate with speed, size, route running, etc. As long as they do it consistently and can be impactful on those 3rd downs. Who do y'all think are the best WRs available starting at pick 23 through whatever round you want that consistently can separate?

I have started to look at a few receivers and I'm not a big fan of Franklin or Mitchell. And before people start saying we don't need to take a WR, that would be a mistake to not take one in a very loaded class even just for development. We also have too many questions at WR after Collins and Dell. It doesn't have to be early, but you should absolutely take one in this class. Same for DBs.
