If you were a tourist in your own city, what would you do?

Or if you were showing an out-of-town friend around. What things are worth it, or interesting places that you would want to visit/experience if you were the friend visiting? This includes anything from attractions, to restaurants, to clubs, to bars, to markets, to museums, to gimmick experiences, etc.

Bonus points if they are seasonal exclusives!
