What are your favorite spots for people watching?

Sometimes, I just like to sit outside, enjoy the weather, the sounds of the city, and watch people live their lives. I realize I do this a lot more when I'm NOT in Houston, probably due to the weather and the lack of outdoor spaces here. But maybe I just don't know the spots. TIA!
