Please be careful crossing OST

Was driving and saw a woman who was hit by a car on OST near Scott today. Stopped my car and dialed 911 but they told me they already had units dispatched before I called. Sadly I don't think she made it. OST is really, really dangerous for pedestrians. People go way too fast despite that there's still tons of jaywalkers. It scares me to think that there's a school zone just short of where It happened and I see kids crossing all the time. Really just messed with me
