Franchise Tag Dalton Shultz

I know he is probably not worth a top 5 salary but what are the chances that with a week FA pool and a weak draft class for the position TE Dalton Shultz gets a dump truck ton of money in the open market? I feel like we can't afford to be weak at this position this year especially without a strong slot wr who can be strong over the middle….. Idk am I crazy, the cap is going up by 30 mil, or is there another solution for this Texans positional….. conundrum let say lol 🤣🤣
