Did this area (Willowbend) flood during Harvey?

According to the FEMA flood map, this area is not in the 100 or 500 year flood plain, but I searched this Reddit and found a post from someone who said Stella Link was flooding badly during Harvey. But I couldn't find a map of Harvey flooding in the area. I am wondering about the neighborhood directly west of Stella Link, between West Bellfort and Willowbend Blvd. Can anyone tell me how badly this area flooded during Harvey?
