apartments/townhomes with yards

my fiancé and i want to move into an apartment/townhome with a yard when our lease is up. it’s been hard for me to search for them online because apartments without yards are the only things to pop up. anyone know of any? open to anything in the surrounding areas as well. i know this was posted about before but it was years ago and there has been so much new construction.
