Adult swim lessons?

Where can I go for a lesson? I recall swimming a few times as a kid but I need to swim about 8 feet (will have a life vest) and climb into a raft in a few weeks. I can’t fail this :(. Looking for a one and done that can teach me the skill in one day. I’m in north Houston. Willing to pay an instructor, private lesson, or group but only available on Sundays or after 6pm :/ SOS
