Should the Texans draft a backup QB?

I started watching this video on Spencer Rattler and it got me thinking about quarterbacks. He’ll likely be long gone by the time it would make sense for the Texans to be thinking about adding depth. Are there any QBs in this class you wouldn’t mind the Texans taking a flyer on in the later rounds?
