No Kill Animal Shelters

A neighbor moved out and abandoned his puppy. Looking for options right now. Anyone know of any good no kill shelters in northwest Houston? Also, if anyone’s looking to foster or adopt, please send me a message. This puppy is just the sweetest boy and I am incredibly heartbroken to see him in this situation. I already have two dogs or else I would have taken him in myself.
