Beware Parents

I was at Jungman Library at the Westheimer location, with my child today around 2pm. She was playing with the toys in the back when a man was staring at us from the back window and started to masterbate I took pictures and informed library security. If anyone has information about this individual, please contact me so I can include their name in the police report.
