Need advice to pick up someone first time flying to terminal E at IAH

I will need to pick up someone arriving at IAH terminal E (international) around 7PM. What would be the best way to do this? I found a few posts but I'm afraid they might be outdated.

Another "problem" is that they don't speak English and this is their first time flying to the US so I can't tell them to take the train to a different terminal or to the departure area.

Should I park my car at the airport parking then walk to terminal E arrival to find them or should I take the shuttle bus from the car rental center/hotel?
