Recommendations for Indian Buffet

I'm requesting recommendations for an Indian buffet in Houston this weekend. Before Covid, I loved going to India's off Richmond and Bombay Brasserie. I haven't been to an Indian buffet since Covid and need to get feasting. Please share your recommendations, including if India's and Bombay Brasserie hold up on their buffet since Covid.
