Why do a lot Dodgers fans despise the Astros?

Like mentioned above I have seen a lot of dodger fans spitting venom and saying things like ASTRO fans are should all be destroyed and how people in Texas are s**t (even saying that the hate the dodgers get is mostly because political bias).

I am also new to baseball.
