USD Partners CFO resigns after company deregisters from NYSE

The CFO of Houston-based master limited partnership USD Partners LP is resigning and moving to the company’s board of directors. The change comes a few months after USD Partners suspended trading on the New York Stock Exchange and moved to over-the-counter markets.
