I called Harris County animal control 2 weeks ago for two dogs that kill domesticated cats and break fences. No one came. Today the dogs are back and animal control is closed. Who TF do I call?

I’m so tired of fucking burying dead cats. I’m tired of having to witness it, record it for evidence, just for no one to fucking come. These dogs are owned as well. The owners were spoken to and they don’t give a s**t. Who the f**k can I call to help?

They came back today to injure another domesticated cat, by the way. It ran away and is hiding in the gutters. It’s probably going to die. On top of hopping into people’s backyards, damaging property, chasing kids that play outside. I’m so disappointed
